David Pyrooz, assistant professor of sociology at Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder, has won the 2016 Ruth Shonle Cavan Young Scholar Award from the American Society of Criminology.

David Pyrooz, a Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØ sociologist who is advancing the study of terrorism by applying research on criminal gangs, has won an Early Career Award from the American Society of Criminology.
