Dr. Heather Adams has a unique and varied background which gives her the ability to teach a range of courses in the Management, Analytics, and Information Technology fields. She teaches mostly in the Leeds School of Business but also teaches in the Continuing Education, Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program at CU.  She teaches Analytics, Statistics, Systems Thinking, International Business, Leadership in a Digital Age, Management, and Organizational Behavior.  Her education includes a PhD in Information Systems and PhD minor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and an undergraduate degree and minor in Business and Psychology respectively from the University of New Hampshire.  In 2020, she won a Kolb Fellowship award and has been nominated for the Frascona Teaching Excellence award numerous times.  She grew up in New England but now calls Colorado home.  She enjoys outdoor time spent with her Software Engineer husband Mark and her son Ryan.
