Alumnus from Class of 1954 Visits CU

Last August, 86-year-old Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØalumnus Akira Horie (MMktg 1954) visited CAS and Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØto see what kinds of changes had occurred on campus since his last visit. In 1952, Horie was selected as a member of the first class of Japanese Fulbright scholars to study in the US. After a distinguished career at Mitsubishi Corporation, Horie is enjoying his retirement in Kamakura, Japan. He has long been a staunch Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØsupporter and has most recently helped CAS establish a summer internship at Mitsubishi, to begin in May.
