In celebration of Women’s History Month, we’d like to highlight the following student organizations on campus. We encourage students to get involved and for faculty to share these opportunities.

    • SWE focuses on professional development, outreach, and community building.
    • Weekly meetings are Tuesdays, 6-7 pm in the BOLD center.
    • Join their weekly newsletter.ÌýÌý
    • Join their Slack channel.
    • WoC STEM strives to build community and advance the careers of women of color majoring in STEM. Past events they’ve hosted include a movie night, 3D printing workshop, and resume workshop.Ìý
    • Consider attending their clothing swap tonight, March 22nd, 6-7 pm in DLC 1B65.
  • Ìý(°Â±õ°ä)​
    • Through guest speakers, events, networking, and fun activities, WIC hopes to inspire women to pursue a construction career whether that’s in management, labor, engineering, or business.Ìý
    • Weekly meetings are Monday 8 – 9 pm in ECCR 108.
    • WiSE is a supportive community for women and minorities in STEM fields to share experiences, advice, and ideas. They empower members to pursue meaningful and successful careers. WiSE has a mentoring program pairing students with STEM professionals.
