Allie is an Assistant Professor of Teaching for Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØEngage. In her 7-year tenure at Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder, she has taught and developed courses for the INVST Community Studies program, Puksta Scholarship program, Leadership Studies Minor, Elementary Education program, and Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØDialogues program. She is dedicated to designing and facilitating equity centered curriculum in Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØclassrooms, while supporting community leaders in developing a sense of self and well-being to work towards collective liberation for the long haul.

Working in various youth development focused organizations for the decade prior, Allie has also served as a community organizer, group facilitator, Executive Director, board member, and non-profit management consultant.

She received her B.A. in Communication and Certificate in Community Leadership from the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØ and her M.A. in Contemplative Education from Naropa University. When she isn't teaching, Allie can be found spending time with her son, hiking Colorado trails, experimenting with cooking, or learning to play the banjo.
