Where can I park for the event?

Parking will be free and directly on site! Directions to come.

 

What is the difference between VIP and General Admission?

  • VIP Swag bag with goodies that value over $20
  • Reserved table at the front of the ballroom 
  • Early access to the silent auction 
  • Automatic entry into the raffle for a surprise item

 

What if I want to sit with my friends, can I reserve a table?

There will be open seating at the event, but if you would like to reserve a table please email barneyforddiversity@colorado.edu with the names of the attendees for your reservation after buying your tickets! (A table is 8 seats, you and your party needs to equal 8 attendees in order to reserve a table)

 

What can I expect from the auction?

There will be a silent and live auction at this event made up of donated items from local businesses. The live auction will use a paddle system to track the winners, so make sure to grab your paddle when you get to the event! Winners of the silent auction and raffle will be announced after the live auction is over.

After the live auction all winners are required to check in with our team to verify their purchase and get connected with the donor or get the item they bought. We will be accepting credit cards, cash, and checks!

 

Who is going to be there?

Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØstudents, faculty, staff, and alumni as well as local business owners, friends of local businesses and anyone who wants to help increase diversity in our school!

 

What should I wear?

The attire is cocktail, feel free to get dressed up and come ready for an elegant event!

 

Will there be food and drinks?

This is a 21 + event, we will be checking ID's at the door. There will be a full open bar with licensed bartenders as well as non-alcoholic options. Heavy apps will be served.
