The first ever conference onÌýPlasma and Quantum Information Science wasÌýheld at the 65th Annual Meeting of the American Physical SocietyÌýDivision of Plasma Physics in Denver Colorado on November 1-2, 2023.ÌýQuantum Information Science (QIS) is a rapidly developing field that may impact plasma and fusion energy science (FES)Ìýthrough enhanced sensing and computing capabilities. Conversely, control techniques and novel materials enabled by plasma physics may contribute to QIS advancements. The objective of the mini-conference was to provide a forum to share recent progress, discuss current challenges, and brainstorm future opportunities.Ìý
