2025 Payroll Deadlines/Uploads

The updated cutoffs for bi-weekly and monthly payroll are below. Payroll will be pulled from AiM at 12:00 pm on the days listed below. Bi-weekly (BW) payroll time should be entered and approved by the supervisor for the corresponding bi-weekly pay periods and will be paid on the following Friday.

FEBRUARY 2025

• BW - February 5th, Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.
• MONTHLYÌý- February 18th, Tuesday at 12:00 p.m., Monthly (January 2025 exception hours will be paid at the end of February 2025)
• BW - February 19th, Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.

MARCH 2025

• BW - March 5th, Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.
• MONTHLY - March 14th, Friday at 12:00 p.m., Monthly (February 2025 exception hours will be paid at the end of March 2025)
• BW - March 19th, Wednesday, BW at 12:00 p.m.

APRIL 2025

• BW – April 2nd, Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.
• MONTHLY – April 15th, Tuesday at 12:00 p.m., Monthly (March 2025 exception hours will be paid at the end of April 2025)
• BW – April 16th, Wednesday, BW at 12:00 p.m.
• BW – April 30th, Wednesday, BW at 12:00 p.m.

MAY 2025

• BW – May 14th, Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.
