Intelligent Energy Management (IEM)Ìýis a holistic approach to energy savings, which will allow Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder to improve building performance, reduce maintenance and energy consumption, and continuously commission campus buildings through predictive analytics and fault diagnostics.ÌýPredictive analytics will continuously monitor and determine levels of criticalityÌýto analyze work orders for the alarms requiring immediate attention by maintenance staff. By predicting failures and alarming personnel to address the issues in real time, energy can be saved.
IntelligentÌýEnergy Management can also provide insight as to why a failure occurred, helping facility management and plant engineers to understand what created the failure.
