The Conference on World Affairs (CWA) host a speaker series every month that focuses on issues that impact all Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØstudents. This month, on September 12th from 6-8pm, the speakers will be Boulder City Council members and a past Boulder mayor! The discussion will revolve around what the city of Boulder can do for Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØstudents– specifically, Affordable Housing (there are plans to build affordable homes for Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØnon-freshman students, faculty members, and staff in Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØSouth); and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (how to make Boulder more accessible and welcoming for POC and other minority groups). The event is free and open to the public.
