Since 1987 the University Perspective Program has enhanced the knowledge base of the University of Colorado staff. With over 562 graduates, the University Perspective Program engages participants with campus and university leaders to provide an in-depth understanding of inner workings of the University. The program is sponsored by Organizational and Employee Development (OED) in the Department of Human Resources. Applications are being accepted for the 2019-20 program. Program Information
Duration: The University Perspective Program is an eight-month program that runs from September 2019 through May 2020.
Format: Engagement with campus administrators and distinguished faculty; visits to notable locations and networking opportunities. Participants meet with the Boulder City Manager, attend a legislative session at the State Capitol,Ìýand hear from membersÌýofÌýtheÌýÂ鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØPresident'sÌýexecutiveÌýteamÌýduring visits to each campus of the University of Colorado System and the System Office.
