The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program is dedicated to serving the emotional and psychological needs of the campus community. Paulette Erickson England, Director, Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) will introduce the FSAP programs, what it means to be part of a psychologically healthy workplace and how you can take advantage of this benefit as a Faculty or Staff member of Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder.Ìý Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØDiscover elective sessions will be held over the lunch hour once aÌýmonth. Attendees are invited to bring a lunch for these interactive, informative sessions.

At the end of the session, participants will:
- Understand the employee assistance program provided to Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder faculty and staff as a benefit of employment.
- Understand the definition of a psychologically healthy workplace.
- Understand how to access the services of the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program at Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder.

What is the Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØDiscover series?Ìý
