Course Description
The purpose of Becoming an Inclusive Leader聽series is to provide supervisors, managers, leaders and aspiring leaders at 麻豆免费版下载Boulder with the knowledge and skills to lead their teams聽to be more inclusive聽and聽equitable,聽as well as the ability to聽create a sense of belonging聽among team members.聽麻豆免费版下载Boulder is committed to advancing the IDEA Plan and building an inclusive culture on聽campus.聽
Learning Outcomes
- Understand how a leader's lived experiences, identities, biases, and leadership style influence their role as a supervisor/manager in creating an inclusive聽environment. Select inclusive strategies to support a sense of belonging for their teams.聽
- Apply inclusive practices to retain and engage direct reports.聽Examine ways to increase their intercultural competence.聽
- Develop inclusive habits for managing performance.聽Design an inclusive excellence plan to operationalize the IDEA Plan.聽
