Recruitment Process Reminder
- If you have graduating student employees whom you wish to hire into temporary positions, please coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure they are hired through the updated recruiting process. As a reminder, compliance rules require that employees must be fully hired and entered into the system before starting their temporary roles.
Hiring Spreadsheet Reminder
- Please ensure that you submit a spreadsheet with your transactional requests for all summer faculty, graduate students, and biweekly students.
- When filling out your spreadsheets, please include the employee's full legal name.
Salesforce Portal Sessions
- We are excited to invite you to a walkthrough of our Salesforce Customer Portal, designed to enhance your experience with the HRSC's new ticketing software Salesforce. This session will provide an overview of the platform's key features and functionalities and allow for questions. Please plan to attend, and register for one of the following sessions.

Action Items
- Lecturer Summer Benefits: If your department has any active lecturer appointments, you will soon receive a roster for review. Please reply to HRSC@colorado.eduÌý²ú²â EOD May 19, 2025, with the names of anyone who should be placed on short work break (SWB) over the summer. Anyone with an expired spring 2025 contract who is not placed on SWB will be terminated in May.
- Start submitting summer 2025 offer letters and spreadsheets. It’s never too early, and summer will be here before we know it!
