This opportunity allowsÌýretirement-eligible faculty and staff to make positive life or career changes that fit their goals or needs. This program supports campus Transformation and Financial Resilience efforts by enabling the university to repurpose salary savings toward strategic priorities supporting Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder's education and research mission.ÌýThe Voluntary Incentive Retirement Program (VRIP) will open on September 4, 2024, and all eligible employees can apply.
