The INVST Program is a unique pathway to earning the Leadership Studies Minor because of our orientation to relational leadership with/in community. We center equity, climate justice and antiracism. In INVST, community organizers and social movement leaders are our role models. We visit them in the summers and invite them to be guests in our seminars in the Fall and Spring. We read and study their work and apply their ideas to our own local action in INVS 4931 and 4932. The INVST Program is where change makers turn theory into practice, ideas into action.
