Our impact
"Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder's program reframed my philosophies of teaching music in schools. I now understand how to provide a comprehensive, holistic education to my students. I use skills developed in the graduate research and assessment courses daily in my teaching and everyday life." —Julie, MME
"The music education graduate program at Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder is unique because it provides numerous mentoring opportunities—from teaching methods classes, to mentoring undergraduate students on teaching lessons in local schools, to coaching preservice teachers in conducting middle school ensemble rehearsals. The music ed professors understand the importance of developing our craft by helping the next generation of our field become prepared music educators." —Megan, MME
“The Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder summer master’s program was the ideal way for me to continue my professional education. It combined the rigor of a full-time graduate program with the practicality of part-time study. There were many opportunities to work closely with faculty and I was able to explore a variety of topics of interest in the flexible elective options." —Phil, MME
