Ingredients
- 1 tube Pillsbury Grand's Biscuits
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon to
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce
- 1 small apple chopped finely (gala, granny smith or honeycrisp apple)
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup apple cider or apple juice
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 3 Tsp melted butter
- 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding powder, for sprinkling

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a sauce pan add the applesauce,1/2 cup apple cider, chopped apple and 1/8 tsp cinnamon, stir. Cook on low to medium heat until it thickens and the chopped apple has softened. If it gets to thick add a little extra apple cider. Turn off and allow to cool a bit.
- Generously spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Cut each biscuit in to 4 pieces. Roll the pieces in the cinnamon sugar mix and place into the sprayed bundt pan. Once a layer of biscuit pieces are in the bundt pan, dribble the apple mixture over the layer and repeat adding another layer of cinnamon sugar biscuit pieces and then more apple mixture.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the top layer. Sprinkle evenly about 1/3 to 1/2 of the package of instant vanilla pudding and some of the remaining cinnamon sugar over the melted butter.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes, until the biscuits are cooked through.
- Cool on a wire rack for a few minutes and then invert onto a serving plate. Enjoy!
