Why they submitted this recipe: Our family recipe for hunt club breakfast is something our son, Drew always looks forward to. He will help himself to extra servings at the holidays, and it's something special we make together.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of bread, cubed
Directions
- Sauté sausage, drain fat.
- Beat eggs with milk, mustard and salt.
- Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in 9 by 13 inch pan.
- Pour the egg mixture on top.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
