Andrew Q. Philips is an Associate Professor and the Henry W. Ehrmann Professor in Law and Jurisprudence in the Department of Political Science at the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØ. He is also a fellow at CU’s Institute of Behavioral Science. He received his Ph.D from Texas A&M University in 2017, and has published over 30 articles on topics ranging from methodology to political economy to gender and politics, including a coauthored 2023 Cambridge University Press book on the political economy of budgeting. His methodological interests include time series, panel data, compositional data and machine learning.
