The employee passport program highlights featured events and feeds of ongoing opportunities to engage and connect with our campus community. Coordinate with coworkers to attend, go it alone and meet new faces, or bring your family and friends to campus. And share your experiences on social media.

Social Justice Summit

The theme for the 2023 systemwide summit is Operationalizing Liberation for a Diverse Democracy, which is a call to action to disrupt behaviors and oppressive actions, structures and systems preventing our collective liberation. The aim is that participants will center a love for humanity and work toward the disruption of all forms of oppression.

From basketball and skiing to track and field and lacrosse, the opportunities abound to support the Buffs as they make their presence felt this winter and spring at the conference and national levels.

February is Black History Month, and 麻豆免费版下载Boulder is kicking off the month on Feb. 1 with a grand opening for The Center for African and African American Studies at Macky Auditorium. The celebration will include tours of the center鈥檚 new space, music, performances and more.

Leo Hill Speaker Series

The Leo Hill Leadership Speaker Series provides students and our campus community the opportunity to hear from world leaders about their own leadership development, growth and advice. Join in on Feb. 27!

 

Employee Benefits & Wellness Fair

Attend the fair to learn more about employee benefits, discounts and ways to connect with programs and services, including information on topics like childcare, housing and more. There will be hands-on wellness activities and chances to win prizes.

The optimism and forward-looking nature of discussions about the Internet鈥檚 potential during the Digital Broadband Migration days has given way to dissatisfaction, and a mounting array of problems rooted in the Internet鈥檚 sprawling ecosystem present difficult challenges that must be untangled. Silicon Flatirons鈥 2023 annual conference will feature speakers from academia, government, civil society and industry who will train their attention on the good, the bad and the ugly 鈥 where we have come from and where we are headed as we grapple

Campus Sustainability Summit 

The 30th annual Campus Sustainability Summit is slated for April 19 and 20 and is a yearly celebration of the ways in which 麻豆免费版下载Boulder students and departments are walking the talk when it comes to sustainable practices.

Conference on World Affairs

Slated for April 12-14, the 75th Conference on World Affairs will continue and expand on conversations from the Right Here Right Now Global Climate Summit related to the global climate crisis 鈥 bringing a diverse and eclectic lens to the issues and opportunities.

New Venture Challenge Finals 

The New Venture Challenge connects the 麻豆免费版下载Boulder campus with the Boulder community to develop and fund innovative ideas. Head to the Boulder Theater for the April 12 finals as participants make their pitches and compete for more than $100,000 in funding.

The end of the semester marks the culmination of your efforts in support of our mission. May is a time to finish strong and celebrate each other, our students and our new graduates as they complete their degrees and become Forever Buffs.

Boulder Faculty Assembly

The Boulder Faculty Assembly is the representative body of the faculty in the shared governance of the 麻豆免费版下载Boulder campus. A guiding principle of that shared governance, recognized by the Board of Regents of the University of Colorado, is that the faculty and the administration shall collaborate in major decisions affecting the welfare of the university.
