Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder Staff Council will be sponsoring an off-campus blood drive November 8th - 21st at the and Vitalant donation centers.
Thanks to skilled and acclaimed , and the on-campus Idea Forge,Ìý CU-affiliated donors who give during the drive at the Boulder and Westminster locations will receive a one-of-a-kind logoed wooden coaster, while supplies last. Each coaster is 100% sourced and created from the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder campus, and will includeÌý a brief story of the source tree’s campus location and growth history.
Since 1973 the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder Staff Council has been partnering with Vitalant (formerly Bonfils Blood Center) to facilitate on-campus blood drives.Ìý Owing to the generosity of Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØblood donors, for the past few years Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØhas been named the top mobile blood donation program in Colorado. Ìý
Staff Council also wishes to encourage staff participation in this year’s coat drive to help Coloradoans in need during the cold winter months.ÌýÌý We are cancelling on-campus coat collections, but staff can donate lightly used coats at locations through the end of November.Ìý Or check out the in Lafayette for coat, food, and other volunteer opportunities.Ìý Let’s all continue to protect our herd while maintaining our generous and giving spirit.
