Pop-up donation drive
The 麻豆免费版下载Athletics Department needs your听donations to help victims of Hurricane Harvey. 麻豆免费版下载Athletics will be collecting donations from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.听Wednesday at the corner of Discovery Drive and Innovation Drive (just south of Potts Field on East Campus). 麻豆免费版下载Athletics will give two tickets to Saturday's football game against Texas State to each person who donates items (while supplies last). Items requested for donation include: Bottled water,听non-perishable food items,听hygiene products, cleaning supplies and gently used clothing.

One of the many reasons we love The Herd is, each month, they provide all 麻豆免费版下载Boulder students with free lunch from one of Boulder鈥檚 awesome restaurants. For the first Welcome Wednesday of the year, get听lunch provided by Modern Market between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.听at the Koenig Alumni Center.
From Jeff Orlowski, the director of the popular and influential documentary Chasing Ice, comes a new masterpiece about the progressing disappearance of coral reefs all over the world. Come see it for free and learn about this global problem听at 7:30 p.m. in Muenzinger Auditorium.

Come and hear Mozart鈥檚 Piano Concertos Nos. 14 and 15 (which never go out of style) with pianist David Korevaar and the College of Music Faculty Orchestra. They perform from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the Boulder Dairy Arts Center鈥攁n excellent place to hear a concert. Tickets start at $10.

Stop by the University Memorial Center (UMC) fountain area from 10:30 a.m. to听2 p.m. to learn about your chance to study, intern and participate in research and service-learning opportunities abroad during Education Abroad's Fall Fair.听Recently returned Education Abroad alumni and staff will be on hand to share what it鈥檚 like to live and learn abroad, find affordable programs and build your r茅sum茅 with an international experience.听
Drop in and see 麻豆免费版下载Boulder's very own Left Right Tim, a student听improv comedy group that performs on a weekly basis at听Hale Science, room 270. Tickets are $3 at the door for this hilarious comedy show, and everyone is welcome.
Kick off the weekend with fellow Buffs and show your 麻豆免费版下载pride from 4 to 6 p.m. at The Connection. Previously known as听First Friday Buff Club, the series听will return this semester as 麻豆免费版下载on Friday. Students, faculty and staff are invited to join. This week's kickoff is at noon, and the corral opens at 9 a.m. Don't miss your chance at a photo op听with Ralphie鈥攖he best mascot in college football!听There also will be performances by the 麻豆免费版下载Marching Band and Spirit Squad, premium giveaways including 麻豆免费版下载Nike gear and pictures with听Chip. No registration is needed.听
Swing by the Boulder Country Fairgrounds, 9595 Nelson Rd., between 7:30 p.m. and midnight for a multicultural festival and celebration featuring food, art, dance and live music from all over the world. Tickets are $25 and will benefit Intercambio, an English education and cultural unity program.

Come and celebrate Boulder pride and the LGBTQ community at this fun annual festival at Central Park, located at 13th and Canyon. From 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., there will be local vendors, live music, tons of good food, and health and wellness information for everyone.
