Don鈥檛 miss your opportunity to participate in Colorado鈥檚 Presidential Primary! Voting is happening now through March 5. Here's what you need to know.
Quick tips
- Registered Democrats vote in the Democratic Primary.
- Registered Republicans vote in the Republican Primary.
- Unaffiliated voters may vote in either party鈥檚 primary but may only vote in one primary.
- Colorado is an all-options state. Registered voters are mailed ballots, which they can vote and return; alternately, any voter can choose to vote in person at a vote center (see details below).
- It is never too late to register to vote鈥攜ou may register to vote up to and including Election Day!
Return your mail ballot
Do not mail your ballot back after Feb 26. Instead, it is recommended to drop your ballot off at a ballot dropbox, such as the one outside of the UMC (located on the sidewalk leading up to the Southside Terrace on Euclid Avenue) before 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Not a Boulder County ballot? No problem鈥攁ny Colorado voter can use any dropbox in the state to return their mail ballot.
Vote in person
If you haven't received your mail ballot or haven鈥檛 registered to vote yet, you will need to vote in person. Because the primary ballot is the same statewide, any voter from any Colorado county can vote in person at the UMC for this election.
