Gov. John Hickenlooper and Boulder Mayor Suzanne Jones have signed proclamations declaring this Saturday as Ralphie's 50th Anniversary Day in honor of the famed Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØmascot.

Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder broke ground today on a new 144,000-square-foot aerospace engineering building, with even spacesuit-clad Chip turning one of the first shovels-full of dirt for the project.
The Environmental Health and Safety Center, room 220, is serving as the on-campus voter service and polling center for the current election and is open until 6 p.m., Nov. 6, and 7 p.m., Nov. 7. There also is a 24-hour dropbox near the UMC.
