The muscular fitness portion of the exam (push-ups and sit-ups) are 60 second timed events. The aerobic portion of the Physical Fitness AssessmentÌý(1.5 mile run) is scored by the time it takes you to complete the required distance. Below you will find a snapshot of the score requirements. Males must be able to do 30Ìýpush-ups* and 39Ìýcrunches*. Must be able to complete the 1.5 mile run in 15:50.
Females must be able to do 15Ìýpush-ups* and 35Ìýcrunches*. Must be able to complete the 1.5 mile run in 18:56.
