A&S Undergraduate Recruitment & Student Resources
The Recruitment & Student Resources Team is responsible for the management of undergraduate recruitment, incoming student initiatives, student resources and scholarships for the College of Arts and Sciences. With a special focus on under-resourced students, our team oversees the College of Arts and Sciences’ New Student Welcome programming, admissions and communication strategies for prospective students, recruitment and retention events and scholarship administration.
Cross-campus, the team works closely with university partners in the Office of Admissions, New Student and Family Programs and Scholarship Services. As an unit in the College of Arts and Sciences reporting to the Dean of the College and the Associate Dean of Student Success, we work on behalf of the college representing over forty departments within the three academic divisions. Our team serves as the primary contact within the college for questions about the following:
- Undergraduate recruitment events and programming, including prospective student inquiries;
- A&S Departmental-level admissions data, recruitment events and strategy;
- New Student Welcome and orientation events;
- A&S scholarship awarding and administration;
- Undergraduate students with extenuating circumstances seeking additional financial assistance.
