Student records and financial information are protected by federal privacy laws. We recommend that you consider getting three types of access while your student attends Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder, depending on your needs.
Verifying Your Identity Over the Phone
When you call the Bursar's Office, we will ask for the following information in order to verify your identity.
If you are a student, we will ask for:
- Your 9-digit student ID number (available in your student profile in Buff Portal )
- Your Security Passphrase
If you are a parent or family member, you will need to be an and we will ask for:
- Your student's 9-digit student ID number
- The email address associated with your authorized payer account
