PURPOSE AND MISSION: The Leeds Inclusion, Diversity, Excellence in Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØ Committee (IDEA) is a committee of staff members employed by the Leeds School of Business, formed to support the employees of Leeds.

This is achieved by:
