Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS)
Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) offers confidential, on-campus mental health and psychiatric services for a variety of concerns such as academics, anxiety, body image, depression, relationships, substance use and more. To get connected to CAPS for more ongoing support schedule a screening appointment.
Alternatively, you can come to CAPS for a same day, in-person screening appointment on a first come, first served basis between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

- Let’s Talk is a free service where Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder students can check in for an informal, brief and confidential consultation with a counselor or psychiatrist. CAPS is offering Let’s Talk in person and virtually.
- CAPS also provides virtual workshops to help students learn how to manage stress, combat anxiety, practice healthy habits and learn valuable life skills.
- Process therapy groups allow Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØstudents to explore a variety of topics, speak on their personal experiences and receive group support.

AcademicLiveCare (ALC) is a free telehealth platform that allows Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØstudents, staff and faculty to schedule and attend mental health and medical appointments from home, the office or wherever.

Office of Victim Assistance (OVA)
OVA provides free and confidential* information, consultation, support, advocacy and short term counseling services to Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØ students, graduate students, faculty and staff who have experienced a traumatic, disturbing or life disruptive event. OVA is not the office that investigates or adjudicates cases.
