Whether you’re facing mental health struggles, emotional distress, alcohol or drug use concerns, or just need someone to talk to, caring and professional counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 265 days a year. Call, text, online chat, and deaf/hard of hearing options are available. This service is free and confidential.

Employees residing outside of Colorado can contact FSAP for community referrals. Employees also have access to explore counseling options through .


   AcademicLiveCare

AcademiceLiveCare (ALC) is a free telehealth platform that allows students, faculty and staff to schedule and attend mental health appointments from home, the office or wherever you are on the go. This is a free service regardless of your health insurance plan.
