Roles and Activities

With over 300,000 alumni located all over the world, our alumni are an important part of the University of Colorado (CU) community. Known as Forever Buffs and backed by an excellent education and the distinctive Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØexperience, graduates of the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØ are tackling the world’s greatest challenges. The Global Ambassadors program is a way for Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØalumni to serve as advisors in the region of the world where they live. Global Ambassadors promote CU, represent Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØalumni at local functions (virtual and live) and engage with fellow alumni where they live and anywhere they travel. Global Ambassadors have the opportunity to deepen their connection with CU, achieve personal goals and/or help current Buffs achieve theirs, and enhance and/or share their professional skills and experiences. Each Global Ambassador plays a unique role depending on their individual preferences and expertise.
