Health and Wellness Services offers a variety of presentations and programming on topics such as stress relief, relationship wellness, sexual health, supporting survivors and more that faculty and staff can request to support their students holistic well-being.

Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) provides virtual workshops to help students learn how to manage stress, combat anxiety, practice healthy habits and learn valuable life skills.

The Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) offers a variety of workshops to meet the emotional and psychological needs of the faculty/staff community.
