Meet WellTrack, a new mobile app to support your mental health

is a free app that is available to all Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder students. It is designed to help you understand your mental health and to provide you with the help that you need right now.

WellTrack's suite of online tools and courses use aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify, understand, and address issues like stress, resiliency, anxiety and/or depression. WellTrack is a self-guided and interactive way to manage your mental well-being.

The app also includes resources that can direct you to help if you are struggling with academics, finances, unwanted sexual contact, stress, sleep, relationships, physical health, and well-being.  WellTrack can be used to complement the services and tools Health and Wellness Services already offers, but you do not need to use those services to start using the WellTrack app.

The data you input on WellTrack and your activity in the app is completely confidential. You can choose to share information with your CAPS or OVA  counselor if you'd like, but it is not required. Your WellTrack information is not part of your clinical chart or academic records.

Download the WellTrack app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and login with your Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØcredentials for full, free, access.

Why WellTrack?

WellTrack can help you get better and maintain your mental health in five easy steps.  The Wellness Assessment is the first step in accessing the other tools.

Our Wellness Assessment will help you understand and track your levels of stress, anxiety and depression. Awareness of how your mental health changes over time will help you keep things in check.

All WellTrack courses are based in Cognitive Behavior Therapy. We help you tackle the most common mental health issues like stress, anxiety and depression.

Courses are delivered in short informational bites, designed with an emphasis on activities that students can do on their own to continue their learning and development.. For example, the depression course takes place over six weeks. Some of the topics covered include:

  • What is Depression
  • What Causes Depression
  • Introduction to MoodCheck (your daily mood tracker)
  • Relaxation
  • Changing Behaviors
  • Positive Activities

Getting better takes some effort and WellTrack is here to help.
