Lab Director David (Dave) Huber, PhD Dave received his PhD from the University of Indiana. He was a faculty member at U. Maryland, UCSD, and U. Massachusetts, before joining Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder in 2023. He is trained in mathematical modeling, cognitive experiments and brain imaging techniques to investigate perception, memory, and attention.
Co-Director Rosemary (Rosie) Cowell, PhD Rosie received her BA from the University of Cambridge, UK, and her PhD from the University of Oxford, UK. From 2013-2022 she served on the faculty of UMass Amherst, before joining Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder in 2023. She is trained in computational cognitive neuroscience, animal neuropsychology, cognitive psychology and fMRI.

Kassandra received her PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2024 before joining Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder. Her research interests and expertise are in the field of human perception, with a focus on psychophysical approaches to understand mechanisms of perceptual processing and to characterize individual differences in sensory coding and visual perception. |
Sriti, PhD Student Sriti completed her Masters in Cognitive Studies at the University of Sheffield in 2022 and joined Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØboulder as a graduate student in 2023. She is interested in researching modelling techniques to understand memory and attention.
Katherine (Kate) Walsh, PhD Student Kate is a PhD student interested in utilizing neuroimaging techniques and computational models to investigate the mechanisms of memory and visual perception. Prior to joining the lab in 2023, Kate received her BA in Neuroscience and Digital and Computational Studies from Bowdoin College. Her current project involves using behavioral tests and neuroimaging to better understand the processes of visual pattern completion.
Jennifer (Jenn) Gove, PhD Student Jenn received her BS in psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She joined Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder as a PhD student in cognitive psychology in 2023. She is interested in visual perception and memory, particularly in regions of the medial temporal lobe, and plans to explore this with behavioral experiments and brain imaging techniques.
