Study Abroad Programs offers hundreds of pre-approved programs for students at CU-Boulder, including many excellent options for students pursing the undergraduate Certificate in LGBTQ Studies. There are numerous programs and courses available abroad which focus on sexuality and LGBTQ issues.

Study abroad courses and Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØGlobal Seminars that deal centrally with LGBTQ issues may count for lower or upper division elective credit with the permission of the co-directors of LGBTQ Studies. Only Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØapproved study abroad programs and Global Seminars will count as Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØcredit. Appropriate study abroad courses taken through other accredited study abroad programs may count for elective transfer credit with the permission of the co-directors of LGBTQ Studies. In all of these cases, students must get the director’s approval beforehand or credit toward the certificate is not guaranteed.
