Sociology Club

Welcome to Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder’s Sociology Club!

Our mission is to provide a safe, fun and informative environment for all Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder Students interested in sociology, regardless if they are a sociology major/minor or not. We also aim to help those who are considering a sociology major or already declared find potential career options in sociology through giving them the opportunity to connect with our guest speakers.

Follow on instragram for all updates!

Or to join, click here and log in with your identikey

Meetings feature a variety of different types of meetings from our guest speaker nights to just regular fun activities for getting to know one another. For those interested in attending grad school, there will also be a meeting to help sociology students prepare for grad school and figure out if it’s the right choice for them. We also hope the Sociology Club will encourage those who attend our meetings to become more involved both in our society as a whole and our own institution of Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder.

Those interested in a more casual, social club, will be happy to know that a large chunk of our meetings are specifically social in nature and all of them will provide food! These social events will include events such as donut mornings, movie nights, breakfast for dinner and trivia nights!

We want to make sure that non sociology majors feel just as welcome in this club as sociology majors so if any of these social nights sound fun to you, then we hope to see you there!

Come hang out with people interested in sociology, listen to guest speakers with free food, learn what you can do with your major, or just have a good time doing all sorts of fun activities (trivia night, movie night, breakfast!)! SOCY Major is not required.
