Nationwide, and here at home, demand for counseling services is increasing. Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder has responded with a commitment to provide free and confidential mental health services to all staff, Ìý24/7. Most people would not hesitate to seek assistance for a sprain or fracture, but some are reluctant to seek help with emotional stress. ÌýThe university community is committed to removing the stigma associated with psychiatric support. Ìý Ìý

To seek assistance, dial (833) 533-CHAT (2428) for immediate crisis counseling or assistance finding long-term resources. The Faculty Staff Assistance Program is also available to all Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØstaff. FSAP has recently increased their staff, and can provide up to six free counseling sessions with little to no wait.
