One of our top priorities in the College of Arts and Sciences is the health and wellness of our students. As an A&S student, you have access to a variety of health and wellness resources and support.
CAPS offers a range of mental health services tailored to fit the needs of Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder students. Take advantage of offerings like WellTrack, group therapy, psychiatry, Academic Live Care, Let’s Talk, workshops, short-term individual therapy and more.
The College of Arts and Sciences is CU’s largest undergraduate college, with over 60 academic programs.
We are proud to share that students within this college are advocates for self-care and wellness as they compose more than 70% of the students who use CAPS services.

Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder Telehealth by AcademicLiveCare (CUTALC) is a telehealth platform that allows you to schedule and attend metal health appointments 24/7 from a smartphone, computer or other mobile device. It’s free for all Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder students. You can schedule virtual visits with licensed psychologists, counselors, psychiatrists or other providers. AcademicLiveCare is not crisis or emergency care.
OVA provides free and confidential consultation, advocacy and short-term, trauma-specific counseling services to Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder students, graduate students, faculty and staff who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic, disturbing or life disruptive event.
